This collaboration is centered around the impactful "Me Period" program, designed to address the emotional challenges women face before menses and during the perimenopause phase. The Realign Foundation, led by Khyati Kakkad, has launched the “Me Period” program, which offers a free, comprehensive 2-hour session utilizing the IAS (Inner Alignment Sequence) technique. This program is tailored to help women navigate the emotional and psychological aspects of these life stages with greater confidence and ease.   Fourth session of Project Ankur 2024-2025  by Ashwamedh Foundation Under Project Ankur we had our Little Hearts, Sunshine and Ninja sessions conducted on 21 July, 2024. Team - Lucky, Aanchal , Khushi, Anil ,Amit,  Aaryan pal   Little Hearts ❤ session was conducted from 12 pm to 2 pm wherein the topics covered were vegetable names, Birds name and colours. Operations Team : Aanchal, Khushi , Amit  After Little hearts, Sunshine ☀️ Session was conducted from 2.00 PM to 4.00 PM where topics covered were Rhyming words, Antonyms word, Synonyms words. Operations Team : Aanchal, Amit  From 2.00 PM to 4.00 PM we also had our Ninja 💫 Session  where topic of decimal was covered.                                Project Ankur Session No. 1  On 30th June, 2024, we had the first session of the project Ankur for this academic year. Little Hearts ❤ Session # 1 was taken from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm and the topics covered were alphabets and about myself. Sunshine ☀️ Session # 1 was taken from 2.00 pm to 4:00 pm and the topics covered were Phonics and about myself. Ninja 💫 Session # 1 was taken at the same time too (from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm) and Vedic Maths Trick was covered.                                                          History of Embroidery Designing Bhawna Prajapati, a student of Lovely Professional University started her community project with Ashwamedh Foundation last week. On 23rd June, she gave a basic introduction of the History of Embroidery designing to beneficiaries. She will be teaching Practical Embroidery designing to all the interested women in the area. She started her project with theory.
