Inner Alignment Sequence technique based Me period program by Khyati Kakkad of

Realign Foundation

We are thrilled to announce our new partnership with the Realign Foundation, marking an exciting chapter in our mission to support women's health and well-being. This collaboration is centered around the impactful "Me Period" program, designed to address the emotional challenges women face before menses and during the perimenopause phase.

The Realign Foundation, led by Khyati Kakkad, has launched the “Me Period” program, which offers a free, comprehensive 2-hour session utilizing the IAS (Inner Alignment Sequence) technique. This program is tailored to help women navigate the emotional and psychological aspects of these life stages with greater confidence and ease. It is open to women aged 11 to 50 years, providing crucial support during these pivotal times.

We are excited to announce that on August 4th, 2024, Realign Foundation conducted a session for the girls and women of the Ashwamedh Foundation. This event was a tremendous success, bringing invaluable insights and support to our community members. The session underscored our shared commitment to empowering women and providing them with the tools needed to manage their well-being effectively.

This partnership aligns perfectly with the Ashwamedh Foundation’s mission to foster community support and enhance the quality of life for women. We are eager to continue this collaboration, explore further opportunities, and make a lasting impact together.

Thank you for your continued support as we embark on this transformative journey.
