Mental health and self defence session under Project Aakaar by Ashwamedh Foundation
On 12th May, Sunday we also had a Project Aakar session on Mental health and self defence for all the students. This was conducted by Disha and Sneha Mam. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood. One should know how to tackle it and know more about it in today's world. Similarly, with growing crimes, it's also essential to know how to defend oneself.
