Donations to Ashadaan

                                                       VISIT & DONATIONS to ASHA DAAN

Ashwamedh Foundation accepts all kinds of donations; i.e. in Money as well as in Kinds.
We collected around 3 drum-fuls of Clothes, Basketful of Toys, Stationery Items, Utensils etc. from genuine donors under the 'JOY OF GIVING WEEK' 2013 last year and distributed it to needy people in many places like Street Children School run by Umang Foundation in Santacruz, Fatima Ashram in Malvan of Sindhudurg, and Asha Daan etc.

On 21st September Team Ashwamedh visited Asha Daan in Byculla and donated around 700 clothes and more than 100 stainless steel plates to the Missionary of Mother Teresa. Asha daan works for the destitutes and it was privilege of Ashwamedh Foundation to contribute towards their noble cause through this activity of visit and donations.


Team Ashwamedh members Rajendra Balsara and Abdul Hakim Ansari completed this activity with the help of volunteers Krisha Sonkar, Velly Muthu and Pooja Verma. Their visit was an emotional one and they all became numb after meeting the patients there. Team spent around 3 hrs there and was guided by one Volunteer of Asha Daan there.
