Third Foundation Day of Ashwamedh Foundation


3rd Foundation Day of Ashwamedh Foundation on 01/08/2015

Ashwamedh Group completed it's 5 yrs successfully on 1st August 2015 today. Our Journey started with Ashwamedh Kalamanch which started it's work on 1st August 2010 through an All Mumbai Level Drawing Competition Ashwamedh Kalamanch's Drawing Competition 2010 famously known as AKDC-10. Ashwamedh Group is a conglomerate Organization working in Four Sectors through it's several Subsidiaries/arms  1) Indifame Media 2) Ashwamedh's Knowledge Centre 3) Ashwamedh Foundation & 4) Ashwamedh Financial Services in Media, Education, Social work & Finance respectively. 


Ashwamedh Foundation started it's work from 1st August 2012 by the blessings of Maa Jivdani in Virar area of Maharashtra. Ashwamedh Foundation is registered as Charitable Sociiety & Public Trust and it works in three areas Education, Environment & Healthcare. But our MAIN AREA of work will remain Child Education & Development. Ashwamedh Foundation has already completed two audits successfully and currently it's undergoing it's third audit. We would like to Thank all the Team Members, Volunteers, Supporters and Well Wishers of Ashwamedh Foundation on it's 3rd Foundation Day. Congratulations Team Ashwamedh for Successfully completing 5 yrs. 
Keep it UP ! It's just a beginning !!

1.What event made/influenced you to set up this NGO?
    I have 6 yrs experience of running Coaching Classes in Mumbai. During that period, I came across many poor families who couldn’t afford tuition fees of their children. That time we taught about 25% of students in nominal – to – no fees while running our coaching classes. After completion of my MBA, I decided to do something for such underprivileged children’s Education. With some like-minded friends and students, I founded Ashwamedh Foundation on 1st August 2012 in Virar to support Education and Development of Underprivileged Children.

Interviwer: Hello Blessy, thank you for sharing your story with us today on Women's Day.
Blessy: It's absolutely my pleasure. First of all let me wish Happy Women's day to all the women out there. I am Blessy Varghese and I am a part of Ashwamedh Foundation.
