Motivational Movie Screening for Girls in Orphanage at Santacruz by Ashwamedh Foundation

Today, Team Ashwamedh Foundation showed an Inspiring movie 'Poorna' to Girls of an Orphanage based in Santacruz. Thanks to Sneha Sharma, Rohini Pillai, Blessy Varghese and Aasma Ansari - Women Power of Ashwamedh Foundation for coming up with such an Idea of Inspiring the Girls by showing this Motivating Biopic of Poorna. Kudos !

Actor Rahul Bose produced and directed this biopic of Malavath Poorna, the youngest Mountaineer of India who Summited the Mount Everest in 2014. Malavath Poorna, a young Adivasi Girl from Telangana conquered the Mount Everest with fighting all her Personal fears of life (which you can watch in the movie). This Movie is an Inspiration to all of us and especially to Girls and their Mentors. You must watch it.

Ashwamedh Foundation is not only working in Mumbai now but also trying to grow outside (Mumbai-NaviMumbai-Thane-Palghar etc.) It has slowly started working in Solapur and Pune too. Interviwer: Hello Blessy, thank you for sharing your story with us today on Women's Day.
Blessy: It's absolutely my pleasure. First of all let me wish Happy Women's day to all the women out there. I am Blessy Varghese and I am a part of Ashwamedh Foundation.

Interviewer: You completed your first Project as Project Co-coordinator with Ashwamedh Foundation. Can you please tell us more about your Journey?
Blessy: Sure. I joined Ashwamedh Foundation as a volunteer last year and I was promoted as a project coordinator for the Project Ankur(2017-18), a flagship project of Ashwamedh Foundation.
