ANNUAL GENERAL BODY MEETING -2014 OF ASHWAMEDH FOUNDATION, VIRAR
Ashwamedh Foundation's FIRST Annual General Body Meeting (AGM-14) took place in Virar on 15th June 2014. Meeting was convened by President Deepak Doddamani as a Chairperson. AGM started at 6:00 p.m. sharp with Roll Call followed by Welcome Message by Mr. Deepak Doddamani and got adjourned at 9:00 p.m. after Vote of Thank.
Highlights of the meeting are given below:
1) President Mr. Deepak Doddamani presented 'ANNUAL REPORT of F.Y. 2013-2014' and 'ANNUAL PLAN of F.Y.2014-2015'
2) Treasurer Mr. Shailesh Humbre presented 'AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS' and 'Budget for the financial year 2014-2015'
3) No new Trustee was appointed and Resignation of Outgoing trustees is accepted unanimously
4) Mr.Sumit Mane is been elected as New Secretary of Ashwamedh Foundation after accepting resignation of Mr. Abhijeet Sakpal
5) S.B. Deshpande & Co. is retained and reappointed as Auditor for the Financial Year 2014-2015
6) Canara Bank, Virar (W) has been selected as Banker for Ashwamedh Foundation by passing the resolution
